The child-friendly studio is the perfect environment to help you and your child feel completely at ease. Bring a couple of costume changes if you like and discuss the style of pictures you'd like to achieve in the professional consultation. After the shoot you'll get to look through a portfolio of great shots and pick your favourite one to take home in digital format. You will of course be welcome to choose further images at an additional cost. With complimentary drinks available throughout your visit, this is a fun and relaxing experience designed to create beautifully natural images you'll cherish for years to come. What happens on the day? You and your child will receive a warm welcome on arrival and complimentary drinks will be available throughout the experience. Discuss the images you'd like to achieve with your professional photographer and enjoy your little one's time on set. After the photos have been taken you'll be able to examine them in a private viewing and choose a favourite one to take home. You will be welcome to order further images at an additional cost. Need to know Participant guidelines: Maximum age: 18 (all participants must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (proof of age may be required)) No personal photography or video is permitted in the studio Dress code: Please wear comfortable, everyday clothing to arrive at the studio bringing up to three outfits for the photoshoot itself. Availability: Bookings can be made seven days a week throughout the year excluding Christmas Day and New Years Day. We recommend you book at least four to six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. Please allow up to eight weeks for a booking on a Saturday. This is only a guideline and we advise you to book as early as possible to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on your voucher. All bookings are subject to availability. How long should I allow for this experience? You should allow approximately 3 hours for the whole experience. Additional information: Your voucher is valid for nine months from the date of issue, kindly note that you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date as vouchers may not be extended beyond their expiration date. A refundable booking deposit of £25 is required per person at the time of booking, This is refundable on the day of your session. This is a gesture of good will on your behalf that you intend to keep your appointment. The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary. What about insurance? The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence. A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
