Hello,
Thank you for your query
The paint is washable on hands and fingers.
However, all paints have a potential to stain and for this reason we print a warning on our paints to this effect. It is the pigment in the paint which causes the stain and to reduce it would seriously effect the quality of the product. Our suppliers have researched the problem of paint staining, but with so many different man-made fibres it's impossible to find a common solution for the removal of paint stains.
We always recommend children should wear painting overalls or old clothes in all creative situations and care should be taken to prevent paint spilling on to soft furnishings and carpets. If staining does occur, we advise that garments should be soaked overnight in cold water, followed by washing with household soap, avoid the use of biological washing powders, bleach and solvents. I note that you have followed the washing instructions but it may be that repeated washing, together with gentle scrubbing, will result in the stains lessening or disappearing altogether.
I hope this helps
