Does it talk or am I going crazy? Little one has been playing with this since March but today I heard it say something about buckling your seatbelt?
Yes, looks like it does something, as it needs 3 x AA (not included).

How stable is this walker? Does it have rubber feet? It's to be used to aide first steps on hard floors
This walker is on wheels that can be turned into a ride on. Whilst it will certainly held with the learning process of walking, I would suggest something more solid standing when learning to stand, hope that helps.
