I bought six different fugglers from yourselves for my daughter for Christmas, only one came with an adoption certificate. Is this normal?

How can i purchase replacement rotor blades? They have been damaged from crashing, no lift although the rest of the toy is functioning

It has not been designed to do so, as the garage is designed as a band room with set of drums.
