I bought this talking Diavlo for my 7-year-old son Jack. He loves Moshi Monsters and his favourite monster is Diavlo, so I bought him this talking Diavlo for his birthday. He absolutely loves it! Jack likes to cuddle up with Diavlo and hear him speak in his own language when his tummy is pressed.

I bought this for my 3 yr old son as he loves pirates. I had previously looked at the Playmobil model but it is so expensive and not really suited to his age. This pirate ship is great, it is easy to build, stays together well and comes with a couple of pirate (similar to ELC Happyland) figures. It is keeping him quiet and my 5 yr old daughter is wanting to play too, definitely a thumbs up!

I am a bit of a Top Gear nut (and a big kid) and got given this as a present for Christmas. Great little model kit and well worth the money (if I had bought it - I'm currently looking out for the other kit) but even I had a little difficulty assembling some bits. Deffinately models not toys, they wouldn't last two minutes being played with. Having said that, if your child is particularly good with things like this they should manage most of it on their own, and I did have fun making them. And would definately rate it A+++ for an adult executive/light hearted present!!

Someone bought this for my 2 year old for Christmas. She has spent hours "cuyyering" (colouring) on it. It comes with some great triangular crayons which helps them to get a good pencil grip. There is an integral drawer for the crayons and I have bought a set of half length colouring pencils which fit in there too. Because we put the paper straight on to the hard drawing surface all the colours come out brightly so my little girl doesn't ask for felt tips as much so it's cleaner play too (and she can do it independently without me watching like a hawk)! There are 2 volume settings so the tune doesn't drive me mad. My only criticism is that the paper size of mine is American so there's a little bit of overlap with A4, but I would still buy it again. It'll be a great self contained thing to take on holiday.

The rechargeable battery in the Dragonfly charges up from a short cable that is stowed in the remote control handset. The 6 AA batteries actually go in the remote control handset, not in the Dragonfly!
